Tremendous progress has already been made in clean energy, industry, and cities — but achieving the next leap will require more than innovation alone. It will take courage, urgency, and decisive action across public and private sectors.

In this keynote, Helena Sarén, Mission Lead for Zero Carbon Future at Business Finland, will argue that Finland has a unique opportunity to lead the world as a test lab for sustainable innovation and competitiveness. The question is whether we can move fast enough to seize it. Her message is clear: now is the time to accelerate, scale, and show how Finland can make climate neutrality not just a target, but a driver of long-term growth. Drawing on his experience as political advisor and speechwriter to Deputy Prime Minister Ebba Busch, Carl Olehäll will share insights into how Sweden is integrating business and climate policy, the progress made so far, and the challenges that remain. His keynote will explore how incentives, regulatory stability, and a fossil-free energy system can turn climate action into long-term prosperity — and what lessons Finland can take as it pushes toward its own 2035 carbon neutrality target.

This keynote explores the state of circularity through the lens of the fashion industry: where the sector stands today, which initiatives are delivering impact, and what lessons can be drawn. Tiina will share concrete examples of brands and companies that have built circular business models that not only reduce emissions but also create real business value.

How do we build cities that are truly climate-positive? In this keynote, Paul will share lessons from pioneering certifications, pilot projects, and the scaling of straw-based modular building systems into the Nordic market. He will highlight what cities and developers need to adopt now to transform construction from one of the largest carbon emitters into a driver of sustainable innovation and resilience.

The world faces a double transition: the sustainability shift in our physical assets and the digital disruption powered by new algorithms. Together these forces will reshape costs, skills, and business models.
